Stuart Markland

Stuart Markland is an experienced construction and project management professional with a diverse background in quantity surveying and bid management. Currently serving as Pre-Construction Manager at Midgard Ltd since November 2022, Stuart previously held the position of Senior Bid Manager at London Projects Ltd from March 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, Stuart worked at Cast - A Real Estate & Construction Consultancy, where roles included Associate Director, Senior Cost Consultant, and Cost Consultant from September 2016 to March 2021. Stuart's career began with a freelance role as Quantity Surveyor from January 2011 to August 2016 and also includes experience at LM Plc as a Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Quantity Surveyor from June 2007 to December 2010. Stuart holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Quantity Surveying from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Newcastle University.
