Dave Schaefer is an experienced general manager with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Since August 2017, Dave has served as the General Manager for MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of General Manager at Sauced BBQ & Spirits from April 2016 to August 2017. Additionally, from October 2007 to November 2015, Dave worked as a Senior Manager/AGM at The Cheesecake Factory. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from Oklahoma State University, which was earned from 2001 to 2005.
