Jonathan Lee

Jonathan Lee has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in the areas of learning and development. Jonathan currently holds the position of Head of Learning & Development, Global at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®. Prior to this, Jonathan served as the Senior Director of Education at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt and MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company. At these companies, they led teams to develop comprehensive education programs for franchisees and restaurant professionals. Jonathan also founded RepeatEats LLC in 2020. Jonathan'swork at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt included teaching the Initial Leadership Education Program and equipping franchise partners with the necessary knowledge and tools for success.

Jonathan Lee earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Nutritional Sciences in Physiology and Metabolism from the University of California, Berkeley, where they attended from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained certifications in the National Basketball Players Association Player Agent from the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) in March 2021 and the HACCP Quality Management Program from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in 2010.
