Andy Poole

Andy Poole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations & Business Transformation at Midis Group since January 2022, Andy is responsible for driving business strategy and leading transformation initiatives, including vendor relationship management and digital transformation. Prior to this role, Andy was the Director of Business Transformation at Viseris Limited, a company founded to execute complex business change initiatives. Previous positions include Director of Services Development at Computacenter, where Andy led the growth of the Professional Services business, and Director of Technology Integration at Morse, where Andy unified multiple teams and achieved significant business growth. Andy began professional career as a Managing Consultant at ICL, after earning a 1st Class Honours degree in Computer Science from City University.
