Ruby Higgins

Ruby Higgins is a Diversity Business Partner at Midland Heart, responsible for advancing diversity and inclusion within the organization since April 2018. Prior to this role, Ruby accumulated extensive experience at Carillion from June 2005 to February 2018, holding positions such as Solutions Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing business growth through optimal solutions, and Regional Operations Manager, overseeing operational delivery for maintenance services to US Visiting Forces. Other roles included Area Manager for Local Government Services, Facilities Manager and Mobilisation Manager, and Recruitment Team Lead, where Ruby focused on recruitment strategy and operational management. Ruby holds a BSc in Human Resource Management from Aston University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
