Midlands Highways Alliance Plus has been created to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the three existing highways-related efficiency groups that currently operate in the Midlands region. MHA Plus will combine the Midlands Highways Alliance, Midlands Service Improvement Group and West Midlands Highways Alliance.
Bringing together practitioners from 35 local highways authorities and a number of private sector companies with many years of knowledge and expertise in the highways sector, MHA Plus aims to make the delivery of highways services more efficient by sharing innovative best practice and developing collaborative procurement frameworks for both capital works and professional services.
