Carl Carter is currently the Head of Research at Midnite, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this position, Carl worked as a Research Lead at Sky Betting & Gaming from 2023 to 2025, where they managed research projects and collaborated closely with senior leadership. Carl's experience also includes serving as a Human Factors Researcher/Engineer at BAE Systems from 2018 to 2020 and as a Research and Enterprise Officer at St. Mary's University between 2017 and 2018. Carl earned a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology with Distinction from Manchester Business School in 2016, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Lancaster University in 2015.
