Leon Smith

Leon Smith is an experienced technology professional specializing in platform engineering and site reliability, currently serving as the Head of Platform Engineering and Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Midnite since January 2022. Previously, Leon held key positions at Bidnamic as Site Reliability Engineer Lead and DevOps Engineer, and at Giant Digital as Technical Director and Senior Software Engineer. Leon co-founded Template Tag Ltd, which developed secure PCI compliant payment gateway extensions for the Magento ecommerce platform, achieving recognition as the highest-rated Stripe extension on the Magento Connect marketplace. Additional roles include Director positions at Reviewo and PEACHYCHEEKS (UK) LIMITED, and Developer at Testled, alongside early work as a Web Developer at 2am Media.
