Ryan Phillips

Ryan Phillips has a diverse professional background with experience in the gambling and recruitment industries. Currently serving as Safer Gambling Team Leader at Midnite since February 2023, Ryan previously held roles including Senior Safer Gambling Analyst and Safer Gambling Analyst. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Agency in late 2022, focusing on candidate sourcing and relationship management. Ryan's earlier experience includes serving as an Adult Social Care Analyst at Coventry City Council and a Retail Assistant at Tesco. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Human Geography from the University of Northampton, completed in 2021, and attended Foxford Secondary School and Community Arts College from 2015 to 2017.
