Heiko Amenda

Heiko Amenda has extensive experience in product management and customer support, currently serving as the Group CPO at Midoco, where they focus on optimizing workflows. They have held leadership roles at several companies, including Director of Product Management and Customer Service at Midoco, and previously managed customer support and product management at Travel Management Systems/Sabre. Heiko's career began in the travel industry, working as Büroleitung/Content-Manager at Holiday Express and as an employee at World Safari International Touristik and Reisecenter International. They completed their education as a Touristikfachwirt at IHK from 1993 to 1997.
