We are a specialist purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) consultancy.

We work for Developers, Operators and Universities and have advised on over 18,000 student beds.

We believe that students are tomorrow’s leaders, inventors, creators, and problem solvers. All those who have studied and lived away from their family home will have fond memories of the time spent and life long friendships made whilst at University.

As a trusted advisor to the PBSA sector, we are able to provide the first steps towards students realising their dreams of independent living. We do this by providing our clients with Market Insights | Certainty of Project Delivery | Design Advisory | Residential Strategy | Cost & Risk Management | Forward Funding Due Diligence.

All time is precious. Through our wealth of student housing knowledge and data, we save our clients hundreds of hours of their time every single year.

Whether it’s the cost of finance, uncertainty surrounding the Building Safety Act, rising construction costs or certainty of delivery in time for the new academic year, we have a solution to help our clients get a good nights sleep.

At a time when development viability is most challenging, we guide our clients through the process and help them save millions of pounds along the way.
