Prior to this role, Lance held the position of Corporate Counsel at Greenbriar Homes Communities from 2005 to September 2010 and was Principal at Morgan Miller Blair, a law firm specializing in real estate and builder representation, from 1995 to 2005. Early career experience includes attorney roles at Diehl, Steinheimer, Riggio, Haydel & Mordaunt (1994-1995) and Porter, Scott, Weiberg & Delehant (1992-1994). Educational qualifications include a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Political Science/American Government from Claremont McKenna College.
