Complying with tenders in energy projects is a mess. Commercial teams spend weeks manually building and verifying compliance matrices to avoid a single missed mandatory clause. It's a bottleneck they can’t afford.

We’ve built a specialized AI system that delivers a systematic, clause-by-clause adherence check for tender bids.

Our platform automatically:
	•	Extracts and classifies tender requirements
	•	Maps each clause to supporting bid evidence
	•	Flags gaps, inconsistencies, and potential non-compliance before submission

It’s designed to provide drastically faster bid cycles, fewer surprises, and higher confidence ahead of submission.

We’re currently partnering with select EPCs and suppliers to help de-risk their bids and increase their win rate.

If your team manages high-value bids in the energy sector and want a second pair of eyes, please book a meeting.
