Enrique Samudio

Enrique Samudio is currently the General Manager at Midstate Machine. Previously, they served as the Quality Manager at Faxon Machining, where they led a 20+ member Quality Department and successfully improved processes, achieving a 15% reduction in Cost of Poor Quality while increasing sales by 30%. They have extensive experience in quality engineering, having held positions at Indy Honeycomb, where they integrated a CNC machine shop into the company's Quality Management System and achieved full ISO/AS accreditation. Enrique holds two Master's degrees in Engineering and Technology Management and Engineering Management from Morehead State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Design and Manufacturing from the same institution.
