Bob Bach

Bob Bach is an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager and currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Midtronics. They have extensive experience leading high-performance engineering teams in software development, covering the entire software development life cycle in both agile and waterfall environments. Previously, Bob held several leadership roles at Motorola Solutions and NSN, where they managed large teams and significant budgets while overseeing the development of critical platform products. Bob earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and has a proven track record of fostering collaboration among globally distributed teams.
