C. Richard Panico

C. Richard Panico has extensive experience in leadership and management across multiple industries. Currently, Panico serves as a Board Member at Midtronics since 2014 and has held the position of President and CEO at Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. since September 1988. From 2004 to 2010, Panico was Chairman of the Board at the Institute for Business and Professional Ethics at DePaul University. Prior roles include Plant Superintendent/Chief Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, Personal Products Company from April 1982 to September 1988, and Engineering Group Leader at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products from 1980 to 1982. Panico earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technology Maintenance and Management from Lewis University.
