Jude Rake

Jude Rake is the founding principal at JDR Growth Partners, where they help leaders enhance organizational performance through a proprietary strategic planning and coaching process. In addition to their role at JDR Growth Partners, Jude serves as an Independent Board Director and Compensation Committee Chairperson at Wall Family Enterprise, Inc. They previously held leadership positions in several companies, including CEO of Papyrus-Recycled Greetings, where they successfully led a turnaround and achieved significant business growth. Jude earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
