Don Quigley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Don started their career at Camp Ozark, where they served as an Assistant Director, responsible for purchasing and pricing evaluations, vendor selection, group retreat coordination, facilities management, and overseeing the Challenge Course program. Don then worked as an intern at BANDIER Real Estate, gaining experience in tenant representation and commercial development projects. Later, they joined Stan Johnson Company as an intern and analyst, focusing on financial analysis and transaction management. Don also pursued an MBA degree at the University of Houston, where they graduated in 2014. Currently, they hold a position at Midway as the Vice President of Investments & Development, after having been promoted from Senior Manager and Senior Associate roles within the company.

Don Quigley completed their formal education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Don later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Houston between 2012 and 2014, focusing on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management as well as Finance. In January 2014, they also obtained a certification as a Real Estate Salesperson from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
