Prior to their role at Midway, Steve worked at Johnson Development Corporation as the Vice President and General Manager. During their tenure, they led the development of a 2,000-acre mixed-use master planned community called Fall Creek, which generated $184 million in revenue over eight years. Steve was responsible for all aspects of this project, including acquisition, financing, planning, budgeting, and marketing.

Steve began their career at Ayrshire Corporation as a Vice President, where they oversaw the acquisition, financing, management, leasing, and sale of residential and commercial properties. Steve successfully managed mixed-use developments covering 3,000 acres and valued at $137 million.
