Ryan Ponder

Ryan Ponder has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ryan began their career in the United States Marine Corps (Active Duty) as an Assistant Target Processing Chief from 2005 to 2009. After that, they served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a Platoon Sergeant from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they also worked as a Sales Representative at The Black Rifle LLC from 2009 to 2012. In 2009, they became a Firearms Instructor at Learn to Carry LLC. In 2012, they joined MidwayUSA as a Purchasing Specialist until 2014, and then transitioned to becoming a Product Information Specialist from 2015 onwards. Additionally, Ponder has served in the United States Air Force Reserve as an Integrated Avionics Systems Technician since 2013.

Ryan Ponder completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Washington University in St. Louis from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia College from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Ryan Ponder has a certification as a Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor Level 1 from the Law Enforcement Training Institute, an extension of the University of Missouri Law Program.
