Jaimie Kim

Jaimie Kim is a seasoned writer and editor with extensive experience in the media industry, currently serving as a Senior Writer at Midweek since December 2012 and holding multiple editorial roles, including Editor of the Central Oahu Voice and Calendar Editor/Staff Writer. Jaimie also contributes as a Dining Out columnist for the Honolulu Star-Advertiser and coordinates events for the Hawaii Publishers Association. Prior positions include managing editor at Ka Leo O Hawai`i, overseeing a large editorial team for a significant multimedia news platform, as well as serving as a veterinary assistant and freelance writer. Jaimie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and American Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
