The Project Sales Engineering Team at Midwest Mechanical is responsible for driving sales through technical expertise in HVAC systems and energy optimization. They collaborate with clients to assess their needs, propose customized solutions, and manage projects from inception to completion. The team’s focus is to ensure energy-efficient and cost-effective outcomes, thereby enhancing the overall operational efficiency of clients' facilities.

Project Sales Engineering Team

The Service and Technical Team at Midwest Mechanical is comprised of experienced Service Technicians, HVAC Techs, Journeyman HVAC Service Technicians, Control/Service Technicians, Pipefitters, Field Service Supervisors, Sheet Metal Workers, and Pipefitter Foremen. This team is responsible for performing operational assessments, planned maintenance, emergency repairs, and energy optimization services. By leveraging their extensive HVAC and technical expertise, they ensure that commercial, industrial, and institutional building systems function efficiently and reliably, ultimately helping clients control operating costs and improve energy efficiency.

Service and Technical Team

The Leadership Team at Midwest Mechanical is responsible for steering the company towards its strategic goals, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a client-focused approach. Comprising roles such as the Chief Financial Officer, President, and various Vice Presidents including those for Public Sector and SaaS, Sales, and Operations, this team oversees financial planning, business development, and operational efficiency. The Project Management and Coordination team at Midwest Mechanical is responsible for overseeing and executing HVAC and facility management projects from initiation to completion. Comprising a Project Coordinator, Project Accountant, and Superintendent, this team ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and energy efficiency. They handle project planning, financial tracking, resource allocation, and on-site supervision, working closely with clients and technicians to optimize operational outcomes and improve building performance.
