Our vision is to promote maternal and child health through education, global community participation and providing resources/research for the nursing /midwifery force.
Published research on the Silent Tears of midwives, solutions and insights into Neonatal Resuscitation.

Dr. Jan Becker developed HOT Hands on Training at the bedside for neonatal resuscitation during real live emergencies which built confidence, clinical skills and belief in the mantra Air Air Air - bag and mask ventilation before any suction. 

Collective efficacy was a positive bi-product of the training. 

Travelling to Kakuma Refugee Camp to establish training for health care workers, nurse/midwives which can empower the community to impact maternal and neonatal health.
