Midwifing the Mind PLLC
Integrative Psychiatry | Hormone & Mind-Body Mental Health

Mental health care should feel different.
More thoughtful. More personalized. More human.

Midwifing the Mind is an integrative psychiatry practice rooted in the belief that healing happens when we look beyond symptoms and truly understand the whole person—mind, body, hormones, and lived experience.

✨ Our approach
We combine evidence-based psychiatric care with a holistic, root-cause lens to create treatment that is both deeply personalized and sustainable. This is not one-size-fits-all care—it is collaborative, intentional, and designed to support lasting change.

🧠 Who we support
• Teens (16+) and adults of all genders and backgrounds
• Anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders
• Life transitions, identity shifts, and burnout
• Hormone-related mental health concerns, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause

🌿 Services may include
• Medication management
• Hormone-informed psychiatric care
• Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (when appropriate)
• Integrative, mind-body approaches to mental health

At Midwifing the Mind, we believe you are not something to be fixed.
You are someone to be understood.

🎙️ Beyond the practice
We are also home to the Midwifing the Mind podcast—where we explore mental health, identity, and healing in a way that is accessible, nuanced, and deeply human.
