The Company operates through manufacturing and sales of wood-based products segment. The Company's subsidiary, Mieco Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of chipboards and related products. The Company operates in Malaysia, Hong Kong and China. The Company's products include MIECO plain board, MIECO Decorative melamine faced chipboard (MFC), MIECO Decorative electron beam foil chipboard (EBFC), MIECO Decorative polymer faced chipboard (PFC), MIECO worktop and MIECO direct post formed (DPF) Board. Its MFC product is designed with MIECO plain board laminated on impregnated melamine paper. PFC is a furniture grade panel laminated with polymer-coated paper. The Company's product has applications in furniture making, office furniture, kitchen furniture, color boxes and home furniture, such as television rack, cabinet and shelving.
