Burcu Baloglu

Burcu Baloglu currently serves as the Finance and Administration Director at Miele since October 2022. Prior to this role, Burcu has extensive experience at Eczacıbaşı Tüketim Ürünleri as Finance Director since May 2017, leading significant initiatives such as the merger of Consumer Products Group companies and various feasibility projects. Burcu also held the position of Finance Manager at Eczacıbaşı Profesyonel and Eczacıbaşı Schwarzkopf Professional, where responsibilities included establishing financial infrastructure and driving efficiency improvements. Earlier, Burcu worked at Eczacıbaşı Holding as a Senior Strategic Planning Specialist and at Paychex as an Auditing Specialist. Burcu holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University and a Master of Science in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
