Dr. Jan Busch has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as the Director of the Little Giants Business Unit at Miele since August 2016, where roles have included Head of Research and Development for Semi-Professional products and Head of Mechanical Engineering. Prior to Miele, Dr. Busch worked as a PhD student and consultant at IFA - Institut für Fabrikanlagen und Logistik from June 2012 to July 2016. Dr. Busch holds a Doctorate in Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover, obtained in 2016, along with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution in 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering completed in 2011.
