Fouad Chakib

Fouad Chakib is a seasoned customer service manager and change management expert with extensive experience in project management. They began their career at Syscall/Matrixx Marketing as a supervisor and trainer, later progressing to roles at companies such as Convergys and Canal+ where they honed their skills in operations and strategy. From 2015, Fouad has served as the Director of the Consumer Services Center at Miele France, overseeing customer inquiries and direct sales. Currently, they are pursuing a DEA in Language and Communication at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
