Jenny Li

Jenny Li has extensive experience in customer service and collections, currently serving as the Senior Supervisor for the APAC region at Salesforce since August 2017. Prior to this role, Jenny has also been with Miele since July 2009, where responsibilities include being the Team Lead of the Contact Centre. Academically, Jenny holds a Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from SIMM.
