Jürgen Wik

Jürgen Wik is currently the Director of the Production Business Unit Dishwashing at Miele, where they oversee premium kitchen appliances. From 2012 to 2019, Jürgen served as the Head of Global Kaizen at Interroll Holding GmbH, responsible for implementing the Interroll Production System across 15 global sites. Prior to that, they were a Production Manager at Interroll Trommelmotoren GmbH, leading a team of 107 employees. Jürgen's early career included roles as a Project Leader and Project Engineer at Prof. Dr.-Ing. J. Milberg Institut für Produktionstechnik GmbH and as the Head of Strategic Projects at Interroll Management AG. They hold degrees in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from Berufsakademie Stuttgart and Technische Universität München, respectively.
