Karsten Jaeger is the Vice President of Supply Chain Management - International at Miele, a position held since 2021. Previously, Karsten served as Sr. Director of Global Planning & Logistics and later as Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain at Danfoss from 2015 to 2021, overseeing supply chain operations for the Cooling segment and a business unit in Industrial Refrigeration. With earlier experience at Opel and GM Europe, Karsten focused on lean manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain integration across multiple global locations. Karsten earned a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) / Master in Manufacturing from Technische Universität Chemnitz, graduating in 1995.
