Laura Elling

Laura Elling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and business process optimization. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Projects at Miele since October 2016, Laura has been instrumental in building new business initiatives. Prior roles include Regional Director of Contact Center Management DACH and Business Process Manager, where Laura led the implementation of a global logistics structure and managed international SAP rollouts, notably completing a significant project in the USA. Earlier experience includes positions at VuP GmbH as a Student Assistant, at HUGO BOSS as a Business Analyst, and as a trainee at ESCADA. Laura holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from FH Münster, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Steinbeis Hochschule, and a degree in Fashion Management from LDT Akademie.
