With over 20 years of HR experience in FMCG, energy, and construction sectors in Poland, Sweden, and Germany, Lidia has successfully managed various HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. They have held significant positions at companies like L'Oréal and Vattenfall, and have contributed to industry discussions through presentations and articles in HR publications. Lidia holds a Master's degree in Psychology of Creativity and postgraduate degrees in the Psychology of Marketing and Human Resources Management.
