Mark Heirs is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in both personal and commercial cooking. Since October 2013, Mark has operated as a personal chef, providing tailored services to high-net-worth clients. In addition to this, since June 2018, Mark has served as a Chef Ambassador for Miele, organizing chef tables in Edinburgh and London while balancing commitments with the personal chef business. Previously, from February 2007 to December 2013, Mark was the Group Head Chef in a family-owned bar and restaurant business, where responsibilities expanded as the business grew. Mark's culinary journey began in various roles across diverse establishments from August 2000 to February 2007, gaining experience from AA Rosette to 3 Michelin Star kitchens. Education includes training at City of Glasgow College from 2002 to 2004.
