Marta Jader

Marta Jader is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting, accounting, and project management. Currently serving as a Controller at Miele since November 2022, Marta is responsible for regulatory reporting, compliance research, and month-end closing processes, while also leading a data transfer project to SAP systems. Prior experience includes roles at Miele Global Services as Controller and Relationship Managers Leader, where Marta managed financial reporting and intercompany activities, and at ROCKWOOL Group as Senior GL Specialist, focusing on budget preparation and process standardization. Earlier career roles span from an Accountant at Bridgestone EMIA to an Assistant in the Accountant Department at Phinance S.A. Marta holds a Bachelor of Economy in Finance and Accountancy and a Master of Economy in Economics from the University of Economy in Poznań and the University of Life Sciences in Poznań, respectively.
