Martina Ringeln

Martina Ringeln has over three decades of experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Director of Quality Management for the BU Laundry at Miele since May 1992. With expertise as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a strong background in series management and internal training, Martina has significantly contributed to the development of the Miele Production System through the application of Six Sigma and Value Stream Design. Previous roles include quality assurance in various manufacturing domains, technical procurement, and leading a small ecological business focused on nurturing young talent. Additionally, academic work at Technische Universität Dortmund involved support across multiple engineering disciplines. Martina holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from TU Dortmund University.
