Max Wagner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, business development, and corporate transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at Miele since July 2022, Max has held various managerial roles at Continental Engineering Services from January 2018 to March 2022, including Senior Business Development Manager and Manager of Organization & Transformation. Prior roles include a consultative position at A.T. Kearney and a consultancy role focused on Industry 4.0 at Continental. Max began the professional journey as a working student and intern at Airbus Group and gained foundational experience through internships at Körber AG and Fraunhofer IML.
