Mette Petersen

Mette Petersen has extensive experience in service management and operations, currently serving as Manager Service Business Support DA & PRO Nordics at Miele since September 2016, where previous roles included Service Operations Support Manager and Head of Service Business Support. Mette also held the position of Head of Contact Center at Miele. Prior to this, Mette worked at Ikano Bank from December 2006 to June 2016 as Team Manager in Operations. Earlier career roles include Salgsleder at Alba A/S, Projektmedarbejder at TDC Group and Telia Danmark, Kundeserviceagent at TDC Group, and Servicekoordinator at IKEA Group, demonstrating a solid foundation in customer service and operations since starting in the industry in 1993.
