Michael Flicker

Michael Flicker has extensive experience in IT products sales and management, currently serving as Director IT Products Sales and Director Sales Process Management at Miele since October 2012. Prior to this, Michael was Managing Director at Reply, focusing on the implementation of SAP CRM and BI for prominent banks and insurance companies in Switzerland from July 2010 to September 2012. Earlier in the career, Michael held various roles, including Department Director CRM and SAP Consultant/Project Manager at syskoplan AG from February 1993 to June 2010. Michael's academic qualifications include an Executive MBA in Technology Management from RWTH Aachen University, a degree in Business Engineering from Hochschule Bielefeld, and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering from Fachhochschule Lippe.
