Michael Junker

Michael Junker serves as the Senior Vice President of the Business Unit Dishwashing and Managing Director of the Bielefeld Plant at Miele since April 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Production at Rittal and as Head of Business Services and Senior Vice President at Oerlikon Textile. Prior to these roles, Michael Junker was a Board Member and Chief Manufacturing Officer at GEA Heat Exchangers and held the position of Assistant to the CEO. Michael Junker began his career at Dynamit Nobel Kunststoffe as Plant Manager and Head of Industrial Engineering. Academic credentials include an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a Dr.rer.nat. in Physics from Technische Universität Darmstadt, complemented by an M.A. in Physics from the University at Buffalo.
