Parbhdeep Kaur

Parbhdeep Kaur is an experienced IT helpdesk consultant at Miele since 2019, specializing in the imaging and decommissioning of computers and laptops for user preparation. Previously, Parbhdeep completed an internship at Dara Switchboards from March to May 2018, where responsibilities included maintaining WordPress and Moodle websites, implementing group policies, troubleshooting, and using Tableau for resource analysis. Parbhdeep holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Central Queensland University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College, along with a Professional Year from Monash College.
