Ray Balli has extensive experience in service management and technical training within the technology sector. Since September 2001, Ray Balli has served as the Central Regional Service Manager at Miele, overseeing service issues across 16 states. Prior to this role, from September 1988 to August 2001, Ray Balli worked as a Senior Technical Trainer at Epson America Inc., where responsibilities included training thousands of technicians in the repair of printers, computers, and projectors. Ray Balli holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Practical Schools and completed high school education at Villa Park High School.
