Robert Kurpiun

Robert Kurpiun has extensive experience in production management and engineering, currently serving as Projektmanager OPX and Director of multiple operations at Miele since September 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing production, quality assurance, and industrial engineering for household dishwashers across facilities in Bielefeld and Unicov, leading a workforce of approximately 800 employees. Prior to Miele, Robert held the position of Produktionsleiter at KNIPEX, managing production across four facilities with around 600 employees. Earlier career roles included various positions at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, where Robert advanced from Trainee to Produktionsleiter. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen and MIT, and a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur in Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
