Sol Bazzolo

Sol Bazzolo is a culinary professional with a diverse background in both the restaurant and corporate sectors. They gained experience at Restaurante Martín Berasategui in 2016 before taking on various leadership roles in renowned establishments, including BLESS Collection Hotels, where they effectively managed events for over 5,000 guests. Currently, they serve as Chef Corporativo at Miele, blending their culinary expertise with a focus on customer experience and product communication. Sol also founded and managed María Sol Cocina, a catering business, from 2014 to 2016. They hold a degree from IAG, which they completed in 2015.
