Stef Cappelle possesses extensive experience in commercial planning, sales, and e-commerce, currently serving in multiple leadership roles at Miele since November 2015, including Head of Direct Sales & Ecommerce and Key Account Manager E-commerce. Prior to Miele, Stef worked at DreamLand (Colruyt Group) from 2009 to October 2015 as Project Leader in e-commerce and in strategic business development. Additionally, Stef gained valuable experience at IKEA Belgium from 1998 to 2007, holding positions such as Sales Leader and Business Area Manager, overseeing the Sleeping & Kids furniture department.
