Stefanie Herweg

Stefanie Herweg has accumulated extensive experience at Miele since August 2012, currently serving as the Head of Training. Previous roles at Miele include Referentin Aus- und Weiterbildung, Referentin Ausbildung & Praktikum, Master@Miele - Human Resources, and Einkäuferin - Nichtfertigungsmaterial. Additionally, Stefanie participated in a Human Resources Exchange program at Miele X from March 2023 to May 2023. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Production and Management from OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule Bielefeld (2012-2016).
