Timo Klöpping

Timo Klöpping is the Head of People Management for the Business Unit New Growth Factory, Smart Home, and Procurement at Miele. They held several significant roles at Miele, including Head of Business Partner HR Digital Units and Head of HR Headquarters, and previously worked at ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe and SHR as a Personalreferent and Personalberater, respectively. Timo earned a Diplom in Pädagogik from Universität Bielefeld and completed a Vordiplom in Dipl.-Pädagogik at Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel.
