David Oberholtzer

David Oberholtzer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at MIFAB since September 2020, David leads a team of over 20 fabricators with a focus on raising standards and fostering a positive work environment. Previously, as Operations Team Manager at Avery Dennison Label and Graphics Material, David oversaw a team of 15-20 personnel, successfully implementing Lean manufacturing techniques that resulted in a $200,000 increase in production value. David's earlier experience includes roles at ArcelorMittal as Operations Shift Supervisor, where coordination of a $20 million systems upgrade was achieved, and as Group Maintenance Supervisor in the U.S. Navy, where oversight of steam plant machinery repairs was performed. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
