Stephen Tang

Stephen Tang has a diverse work experience. Stephen started their career in 2007 as Head Weekend Chef and Wait Staff Manager at Kappa Kappa Gamma. In 2009, they became General Manager and Assistant Manager at Piccadilly Pub, where they managed a full service family restaurant and bar, generating up to 2 million in annual sales. Stephen specialized in Pub fare, and was responsible for weekly inventory and maintaining a proper food, beer, wine, and liquor cost. Stephen was also able to lower food and liquor costs. In 2012, they took on the roles of General Manager and Manager at 5 Napkin Burger. Finally, in 2015, they became a Sales Representative at Mighty Squirrel.

Stephen Tang attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2005 to 2009, where they received a BS in Marketing and Chinese. During this time, they also studied at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
