Simon Lidington

Simon Lidington is an accomplished entrepreneurial expert with over 30 years of experience in organization development, culture change, and behavioral leadership. Currently serving as Principal at Mighty View Group since January 2019, Simon has worked with a diverse array of clients, including global corporations, start-ups, and public sector leadership teams. Simon's roles have included Associate Consultant at Intent-Based Leadership International, Associate Partner at The Foundation Growth Consultancy, Visiting Professor at Middlesex University Business School, and Managing Director at Video AI. Simon co-founded Lifestream, an AI-driven company focused on understanding human behavior, and has held leadership positions such as Vice President and Chairman at Market Research Society. Simon holds an MA by Research in Interorganisational Relations and a BA in Sociology from the University of Exeter, complemented by A Levels in Russian, English, and French from Colfe's Grammar School.
